Lance...Just a quick question. The last 4 or 5 years I preordered my upgrade my credit card was not charged until it shipped or was available for download. This year the charge went through right away. Why the change?

Unfortunately due to changes in the online store, we have to precharge the preorders. This actually helps us as many times we end up having to call back customers with declined charges.
