    Default Awards are not Printing

    I am having trouble printing awards. I did all the certifications that need to be done. Still not working. Please let me know what is the problem. I turned off my firewall to update versions. Thanks Cheryl

    Also, besides posting your question in the right place.....

    1. Always indicate what version of BLS you are using
    2. Always insure you have the latest release BEFORE posting
    3. Check other postings, as your topic has been addressed in many postings

    I just updated to Version 18.04.09 and am also having a problem printing USBC awards. I did not have the problem until I updated. It is giving me an error that I have 2005-2006 awards loaded and need to get the latest version of BLS.
