Subs on the Bowlers Data page

I have noticed that all substitutes on my bowlers' data page are always listed as "Permanent Sub On A Team" even though I set them to "Temporary Roving Sub". Even if I change them, when I come into the program the next week, they are back to "Permanent". Any ideas on how to get them to be "Temporary" and stay that way?
