Awards Won't Print

I am running BLS-2007/Pro, Version 19.02.14 on Windows XP Pro. When I go to print out the awards for the week, they are listed on the monitor, however, when I click on the print button I receive a message that states....
No Awards to be Printed.

If I click on the list of awards I can print the list page.

I have tried to look through previous postings to see if others have had this problem, but am at a loss as to how to get there.

You've posted a support question in the forum for CDE announcements. This question must be posted in the BLS-2007 forum for a responce.

Please do take note that the current version of BLS-2007 is now 19.02.21, which may be better at displaying why awards aren't printed. Also, at the very top of the BLS-2007 forum is a lengthy "Sticky" post describing troubleshooting on printing awards. Please give these a look.

Thank You so much. This all looks new to me and I am finding it difficult to find what I need to do.

I will update my 2007 to the current version and see if that helps.

Mark your bowlers as certified. then they will print. See the proper posting in BLS2007 section.
