If you check the awards listed in your USBC rulebook or by looking at the awards forms themselves, you will find there is no such award.

There is often a local award--either called a Clean Sweep or a Clean 30. It's not a USBC national award. So if one of your bowlers is swearing they've seen it, received it in the past, or some other such thing, that's where they're getting it from.
