Setting up sanction fees

In the setup sanction fees window the amounts are incorrect. My BA fees are $20.00, out of town $10 and out of state $10.

The women's "WBA" are $18.00, out of town $7, out of state $8 and life members $1.00.

I can find no way to make the necessary corrections.

Please note that local and state dues are up to the local and state entities and only National dues are the only thing "guaranteed" that BLS-2007 can set for the 2006-2007 season.
