No.
Technical questions would go into the appropriate product forum. I.E. Technical questions pertaining to BLS-2008 would go into the BLS-2008 forum. Technical questions pertaining to BLS-2007 would go into the BLS-2007 forum. Technical questions pertaining to BTM-2007 would go into the BTM-2007 forum.
We've added, in some of the forums, some subforums. These are specialty topics for that particular product. For example... BLS-2008 has a subforum called autoscoring. This would be where bowling centers would post questions specifically about autoscoring features/issues with BLS-2008. There's also a financial subforum for BLS-2008. So this would be where you would put questions pertaining to treasurer duties for BLS-2008.
Why all the forums or sub-forums? Rather than having one massive arena that makes it hard to know which product is being discussed or which subject is being discussed or which staff person or Team CDE member would be best qualified to make the answer, we've broken things up into areas to make it much easier and reduce the reading or searching on finding answers to your questions that may have already been asked/answered/reported/fixed.
What if you don't see the program forums? We require that you create a free discussion forum account and that you log in. If you do not log in, you will only see a few basic topics available. The user account is not the same from any other area of CDE Software's website.
What if you forgot your user account or password, create a new account.
