As prices at the pump have greatly increased, shipping companies have recently raised their rates and dramatically increased their fuel surcharges, which in some cases is upwards of 30-40%.
In order to keep up with the new rates, effective May 30th, the following shipping and handling rates will be effected:
Domestic Shipping
UPS Ground - $15.00 (Lower 48)
UPS 2nd Day - $35.00 (Lower 48)
UPS 2nd Day - $40.00 (AK/HI)
UPS Next Day - $45.00 (Lower 48)
UPS Next Day - $50.00 (AK/HI)
International Shipping
These are base prices and may require additional funds before the product is shipped. Any additional fees required by the destination country for shipment release is the responsibility of the customer.
Canada - $75.00
Mexico - $75.00
Other International Desitinations - $90.00
Most of our products are offered with the option to download the software only. By not choosing to have the product physically delivered, this not only saves on the shipping / fuel costs, but also on the manual printing and CD-ROM costs. The program installers include a searchable electronic version of the manual, which is updated throughout the product cycle. The downloaded installers can be saved for future installation needs (or for installation destinations that do not have Internet access) by saving the installers on electronic media, such as a writable CD-ROM, external hard drive or flash drives.
