Registration
Those previously registered at bbs.cdesoftware.com are registered with the new community using the same username and password. You may be required to update your preferences or information once logging in.

Forums
Forums are dedicated discussion areas specific to a subject. We place each of our products into a seperate forum to make it easier to read and reply to questions. In some cases, we also add specific specialized areas for a specific product, such as treasury features of a product or autoscoring features to a specific product.
Most forums are hidden from view until you log into the community with your username and password.
Posting Questions
Please post your questions in the appropriate forum in order to receive an answer. For example, if you have a question on BLS-2010, then do not post your question in the BLS-2009 forum. We also have non-product specific forums covering general topics, such as general league and tournament rule discussions. Those unique forums are not for discussion specific to a product.
Things that must be in each question posted, to receive an answer:
- Product Name/Edition. I.E. BLS-2010 Standard Edition / BTM-5 Professional Edition
- Exact version installed. I.E. 22.03.03. This helps troubleshooting a problem or knowing that the problem was already addressed in an update that you may not have installed.
- Version of Windows, if relating to an installation or printing issue. I.E. Windows Vista Business.
- Printer Make and Model, if relating to a printing issue.
If you fail to place the above information in your post, this may result in a delay for a response or no response at all. If you forgot to put it in your question, please post a reply with the needed information.
Posting Answers
See a question you know the answer to or want to share your input on? Please do! While our staff is heavily involved with the support forum, many times your question will be answered by regular customers like yourself who may either know an answer to your question or may ask further questions to help troubleshoot your question.
Resolved Questions
Did you receive an answer to your question that resolved the issue or did you resolve the issue via a different means? Please follow up on your post to let everyone know. Sometimes we may have a question that our staff or other customers might spend a lot of time trying to duplicate or see where a problem is and you fixed the problem. This helps others know what is happing, especially if others might have the same question or issue.
